THE COMPANY
ROFORGE
ROFORGE designs, manufactures and sells industrial forged and cast valves. Its experience dates back nearly a century. Its headquarter is in Saint-Chamond in the central Auvergne and Rhône-Alpes region, close to the A47 motorway, between Lyon and Saint-Etienne (50km from Lyon, 12 from Saint-Etienne).
DESIGN DEPARTMENT & innovation
ROFORGE design department consists of engineers and technicians, all highly skilled and trained for the specific requirements of valves and fittings.Thanks to their listening skills and through a close collaboration with the sales department, the design department can design or improve equipments for all industrial sectors. The team works with tools such as Solidworks and Solidworks simulation.

The ROFORGE team has 40 employees working across a variety of skills: engineers, salespeople, technicians, logistics specialists, qualified operators… Driven by their team spirit, they all give their all to satisfying all customers’ needs.
FACILITIES & PRODUCTION MEANS
ROFORGE has high performance production means, adapted to all its manufacturers and displayed over 3500 m2. The valve company regularly invests to renew its machine range.
In the manufacturing and maintenance shops, professional teams carry out manufacturing, expertise, maintenance and any possible repair jobs on ROFORGE products.
ROFORGE professional teams work with:
10 CN lathes.
4 machining centres.
10 conventional lathes.
1 welding shop.
Control equipment: hardness, dimensional, dye penetratant testing.
1 spraying room.
8 hydraulic and pneumatic test benches.
Other equipments: saws, drills, grinding machines.
Lifting equipment for up to 5 tons: bridge crane, arms, forklift trucks.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ISO9001
ROFORGE is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard for the design, manufacturing and sales of industrial valve items from ROFORGE, MAVINOX and RONFARD.
EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE PRESSURE EQUIPMENT 2014/68/UE
ROFORGE is certified and holds a Qality Assurance System in compliance with the European directive on pressure equipment 2014/68/UE applicable to industrial valve items and to pneumatic linear actuators.
EDF QUALIFICATION
ROFORGE is qualified to provide services to the Engineering Production Department of EDF, the French national electricity incumbent (nuclear and thermal power plants).
CHINESE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CERTIFICATION
ROFORGE is certified by the Chinese authorities for pressure equipment safety. As such, it designs and manufactures piston valves for the Chinese chemical industry.
Directive ATEX 2014/34/UE ex-94/9/CE
Upon request, ROFORGE provides qualified material to be used in explosive atmospheres.
